Thank you Raj – yes, one got to do all the talking and the other one had to just listen. 🙂

Thanks Debbie – I hope its anger was directed at its mate and not me, the hapless photographer just standing there with the camera!

Thank you TD – maybe I should add another category besides “Wordless Wednesday” and “Wildlife Wednesday” (or would that be too presumptuous)?

Did you hear that in 2027 the NCAA final four will be held in Detroit?
LikeLiked by 1 person
I did hear that Ruth, maybe when they were selected. I remember when they had another Final Four in Detroit awhile ago – I know I was still working on site and not from home. It was very busy near Downtown Detroit, so I was glad I was not working in the heart of Downtown anymore. Same with when the Super Bowl was in Detroit in 2006. I was working at Stroh River Place, one mile out of Downtown and there was a lot of security around our building – they even took our mailbox in front of the building away for a week before to ensure there were no bombs placed in it. I was amazed at that.

You had me at the title, Linda, then there’s the squawking goose! Great capture of that moment in time!

Hi, Linda. My niece was disturbing me yesterday. Instead of being annoyed, I let her try to comment by my guidance. I hope it’s okay.
I love the photo, indeed. I always love animals.

Yes they do Barbara! Those geese had been honking incessantly; all of a sudden, they shut up and the one hissed like this. Not very polite! 🙂

You get the best action shots of animals! This one has lots to say or is having a good laugh at what his partner just told him.

Thank you Esther! This was funny as often the geese will just go off on each other for no reason at all. So they’re swimming together or walking together and the other one starts hissing and lowering its neck at the other one. I like when I get a shot like this. I have another funny shot of this couple to share in a few weeks. You’ll recognize them when you see it. 🙂

Great capture, Linda! Saw a lot of Canada Geese today… which was refreshing and wonderful (in these bird flu times). 😊

Thank you Tom! That’s always good news if you see Canada Geese. I hope we don’t lose them like some of the other birds to avian flu.
