Thanks Dawn – having had several pet birds in my lifetime, I definitely understood its exasperated look. 🙂

Glad you liked them Anne! I definitely got the impression this sparrow would take off soon … one camera click too many I guess. 🙂

Yes, it was an impatient little bird … I am sure I saw it stomping its feet!

He posed long enough for you to get some good shots!

Thanks Laurie – I laughed as it posed this way and that, then next time I looked it was an empty wreath!

Linda, I think it was a bit of a ham, but I thanked it for landing in such a pretty spot!

Thank you Debbie! I think it was losing patience with me … “one more click lady and I’m outta here!” I was happy it landed in a picturesque spot. 🙂

The first photo speaks volumes. Good thing he’s not a parakeet or you’d get a lecture on top of the look!

Yes, birds have that look sometimes Dave, without even being vocal. 🙂 We had pet birds through the years and they all had distinct personalities and you could read them like a book sometimes. I’m surprised I got to take as many shots as I did before this little sparrow flew off!

Thanks Ruth! This little bird was fun to watch and when he had enough of me and my camera clicks, off he went!

I was happy this cutie posed right on that heart wreath Rebecca! How often does a bird pose somewhere you can see it clearly with no sticks or leaves in the way?

Oh, it’s too difficult to hold a good pose for long! I commend it for still giving you a few memorable shots before taking off.
