I took that picture yesterday morning Peggy. I had something already planned and cancelled it as I knew it would be brutally cold this morning. We are stuck in the Arctic Blast which will continue another five or more days.

I see all that winter weather you are receiving. Hope it warms up for you soon.

I thought I’d walk today Peggy – still very cold and a little ice this morning. I hear we have an oddball weather day next Tuesday, close to 40 and rain. Crazy!!

We are suppose to have weird weather next Tuesday also. May get 5 inches of rain and lots of wind.

Well I can’t “like” that Peggy! That’s a lot of rain and the wind won’t help if the grounds get soggy for the trees uprooting. I hope neither of us ends up getting freezing rain.

So cold… Makes me want to cover up the little one’s bare shoulders and legs… Brrr…

Yes, it was bitter cold again this morning Barbara and we have another five or so days of this Arctic Blast. You’re right – that little one could use an afghan thrown over it. I took that photo yesterday after we had two days of snow.

I’m with you there Laurie. I’m ready for Spring … enough of this Winter, even if it got here later than usual. My steps are dwindling as it was brutally cold this morning and the roads have not been plowed yet.

I love this! It shows love in a cold, harsh world.

What a nice shot! I’ll take snow over two degrees and rain, thanks!

Thanks Jeanine – my neighbor left it out all Winter and we have this Arctic Blast all week and after two days of snow, I thought it might go nicely with that song title.

Great photo. Cold, but comforting at the same time.

Thanks Ally – brutally cold here and after two days of snow, I thought it might be fun to take this picture of my neighbor’s statue.

The baby is looking down at the snow lovingly. Something wrong with that 🙂

The baby is hoping its mom will make it a snow cone or ice cream! Last week a fellow blogger gave us the recipe for ice cream made from snow.
